Anna Burdenski

Cultural and social anthropologist
Anna has a background in Global Tourism Development and the Arctic, in particular Greenland, with a focus on anthropological aspects of the tourism landscape. She is currently working on the ‚Snow2Rain‘ collaboration – from phase transitions of precipitation to changing local livelihoods, emotions and affects in East Greenland. She is a PhD candidate at the institut of social and cultural anthropology at the University of Vienna. Her disseration analyses the perceptions of climate change in Greenland.
